Your First Visit

Before your appointment, please complete any patient forms and bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance information (if applicable), and a list of any medications you are currently taking. During your visit, our team will review your medical and dental history, discuss any concerns or goals you may have, and perform a comprehensive examination.

Depending on your needs, digital X-rays and a professional cleaning may also be completed. Your dentist will then explain any findings, answer your questions, and recommend a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve and maintain a healthy smile.

As an insurance-friendly practice, we work with many popular providers and will gladly file claims on your behalf to help simplify your experience. Our knowledgeable team can review your benefits, provide treatment estimates, and answer questions about coverage so you can make informed decisions about your dental care. To help make dental care more budget-friendly, we offer financing through CareCredit and Sunbit. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Davis Dental Studio, we strive to get patients seen as quickly and conveniently as possible. Whether you have a packed schedule, a time-sensitive dental issue, or dental anxiety that’s made worse by waiting a long time for an appointment, we’re committed to accommodating your preferences and needs to the best of our abilities.

When it comes to canceling an appointment, we ask that patients provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Patients who do not provide adequate notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50. For questions or concerns, feel free to get in touch with our front office team.
